On July 18, commemoration events took place in Šiauliai and in Kužiai eldership to mark the destruction of the local Jewish community that began 80 years ago.
On July 12, the procession of the “Road of Memory 1941 – 2021” and a commemoration event were held in Radviliškis to mark the 80th anniversary of the destruction of the local Jewish community.
On July 10, an event was held at the Culture Center of Papilė to tell about the former local Jewish community until the beginning of the Holocaust in 1941.
