On 27 June – 1 July, an international seminar on “Learning about Human Rights, Social Justice and the Holocaust” was held in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the participation of thirty-six teachers and educators from Lithuania.
On 16 May 2022, at a ceremony held on the occasion of Israel’s Independence Day, 5 Lithuanian individuals/institutions were honored with a special honorary award for their outstanding contribution to a good dialogue between Lithuania and Israel. One of the honorees was the International Commission for the Evaluation of the Crimes by the Nazi and Soviet Occupation Regimes in Lithuania.
