Teachers got introduced to the Lithuanian press during the Nazi occupation

On February 25, a lecture was delivered by historian Linas Venclauskas to the teachers about the Lithuanian press during the Nazi occupation.

Lecturer dr. Linas Venclauskas presented Lithuanian periodicals that were published from 1941 to 1942. The historian referred to his research and shared insights into the anti-Semitic rhetoric used then. Attendees analyzed copies of Lithuanian periodicals published in 1941-1942.

The lecture was attended remotely by a large group of teachers and museum staff. The event was organized by the Secretariat of the International Commission.
